Task Description/Responsibilities:

The Supply Technician shall be responsible for  performing all actions related to shipping, receiving, issuing, and inventory of parts and materials including:.

q  Prepare items for shipment and storage to include DD1149. 

q  Develop requisitions for and manage records of equipment, components, repair parts, manuals and documentation. 

q  Packaging of equipment (fabricating boxes/crating for shipment). 

q  Document site usage of consumables and plan for future consumables procurement. 

q  Document and issue spare parts, tools and test equipment, oversee the spares at fly-to-sites. 

q  Accomplish all provisioning for the program and maintain an inventory database. 

q  Prepare documentation required to ship material to program locations and retrieve materials remaining after an installation. 

q  Maintain an inventory of all equipment, as defined by the Government. 

q  Perform Stock and warehouse inventory control.      

 

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

Education:

q  A High School Diploma

 

Experience:

q  Experience in the following areas is required: 

o    Minimum of 2 years of Hands-On Supply Operations experience in a DoD environment.

o    Ability to lift up to 50 pounds from the floor to a desk or table top

 

q  Highly Desired:

o    Familiarity with ATLASS, Parts-Master, Haystack, SUADPS, NALCOMIS, SATS, FEDLOG, SBSS, ROLMS, or ULLSS. 

q  Successful candidates must:

o    Be US Citizens, and,

o    Be able to communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing

o    Experience with forklift and pallet jack is highly desired.

 

Security Clearance:

q  Must be a US Citizen

q  Must be eligible to obtain a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.

q  Candidates with a current TS/SCI Security Clearance highly Desired

q
