Task Description/Responsibilities:
- Individuals apply advanced analytical techniques to solve complex technical problems and to help managers make better decisions, and improve performance
- Utilizes tools and techniques such as Monte Carlo simulation, linear and non-linear programming, dynamic programming, queuing and other stochastic-process models, Markov decision processes, econometric methods, data envelopment analysis, neural networks, expert systems, and decision processes.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelors, Masters, or specialized Degree with 8 yrs. Hands-On Operations Research/Intelligence analysis experience; or,
- Completion of Specialized Training with 10 yrs. Hands-On Operations Research/Intelligence Analysis experience; or,
- Equivalent Intelligence Experience and Education/Training, satisfactory completion of equivalent military or civilian technical training
- Credentialed Subject Matter Expert (SME), or, recognized specialist in the field of Operations Research/Intelligence Analysis

Experience:
Minimum 8 yrs Hands-On Operations Research/ Intelligence Analysis Experience

Security Clearance:
Current DoD Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance required.
