Task Description/Responsibilities:

·         Duties and responsibilities of this position include:

·   Provides daily supervision and direction to Help Desk Staff.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

·         HS/GED with 9 yrs. directly related Help Desk experience in a DoD 24/7 Environment.

·         Associates Degree with 7 yrs. directly related Help Desk experience in a DoD 24/7 Environment.

·         Bachelor’s Degree with 5 yrs. directly related Help Desk experience in a DoD Environment.

·         Master’s Degree with 3 yrs. directly related Help Desk experience in a DoD Environment.

·         Doctorate with 1 yr. directly related Help Desk experience in a DoD Environment.

 

Specific Experience Requirements:

Required/Essential Skills/Experience:

·         MCSE or similar certification plus Help Desk and System Administration background

·         Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Remedy

·         Demonstrated experience in a high paced DoD 24/7 Operational Environment

·         Ability to communicate both orally and in writing

 

Security Clearance:

·         DoD Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance required (CI or Life Style Poly highly desired)
