Task Description/Responsibilities:

·         The Program Analyst will:

·         Serve as an advisor to address EW Program Planning, Schedule, Milestone Tracking, Budget, System Engineering, Management, Facility Planning, Security, Policies, and Procedures.

·         Provide programmatic support in the analysis, preparation and tracking of program budgetary and funding data.

·         Perform management studies, and analyses and provide recommendations

·         Provide analytical support to facilitate resource management and program control.

·         Develop/manage processes to develop and produce organization staff documents, instructions, correspondence, and reports

·         Research and provide strategic analysis, planning, recommendations and solutions relative to assigned programs and projects.

·         Conduct pre-meeting coordination, develop agendas, conduct briefings, participate/attend as appropriate, Interact with external agencies for program planning, and project engineering

·         Provide technical briefing support to emergent program/project related meetings.

·         Prepare program/project planning documentation

·         Coordinate and assist with programmatic and technical issues pertinent to the respective program or project. This will include identifying, researching, documenting, coordinating and proposing solutions to various issues in both theoretical and implementation perspectives.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

·         Bachelors Degree or equivalent education and experience.

 

Experience:

·         Qualified Candidates shall possess a minimum of 5 yrs of related Program Analyst Experience in a DoD Tactical Electronics Systems Engineering, Development, Test & Evaluation, or Life-Cycle Support program.

·         Knowledge and familiarity with current JEPAC Programs and Projects is highly desired.

 

Specific Experience Requirements:

·         One year of the above experience shall have been obtained within the past three years

 

Security Clearance:

·         Qualified Candidates must be United States citizens, and possess a current Secret Security Clearance

·         Qualified Candidates must also be eligible for a Top Secret Security Clearance and access to SCI.

·         Candidates with current Top Secret and/or TS/SCI Security Clearances are highly desired.
