Task Description/Responsibilities:

· The Systems Engineer applies advanced Electronics Engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, test and evaluate EW systems, equipment, hardware, and software.

· Applies Electronic Systems Engineering expertise in performing, threat analysis, systems requirements analysis, concept of operation, minimum essential needs assessments, system circuit design & development, software design and implementation, Developmental Test & Evaluation, and Operational Test & Evaluation.

· Performs indepth studies and analyses of EW Systems, Subsystems, Components, and associated Computer Software.

· Reviews and prepares engineering and technical analysis reports, change proposals, and associated engineering documentation.

· Provides detailed technical reports and recommendations for developing solutions to EW requirements

· Serves as a principal advisor to address EW Systems Engineering related matters to include :

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

· Must have at least a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Computer /Software Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science from an accredited College or University

Experience:

· Qualified Candidates shall possess a minimum of 5 yrs of related DoD Electronic Warfare Systems Engineering Experience.

· Three years of experience must be related to Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, Systems/Equipment Support, Test and Evaluation, and Logistics support of DoD Tactical Electronics Systems

· Knowledge and familiarity with JEPAC Programs and Projects is highly desired.

Specific Experience Requirements:

· One year of the above experience shall have been obtained within the past three years

Security Clearance:

· Qualified Candidates must be United States citizens, and possess a current Top Secret Clearance

· Qualified Candidates must also be eligible for access to SCI

· Candidates with current TS/SCI Security Clearances are highly desired.
