Task Description/Responsibilities:

·         The Project Analyst will:

·         Serve as an advisor to address Project technical aspects such as Project Planning, Schedule, Milestone Tracking, Budget, System Engineering, Project Management, and Security.

·         Provide support in the analysis, preparation and tracking of project budgetary and funding data.

·         Provide analytical support to facilitate resource management and project control.

·         Research and provide strategic analysis, planning, recommendations and solutions relative to assigned projects.

·         Conduct pre-meeting coordination, develop agendas, conduct briefings, participate/attend as appropriate, Interact with external agencies to facilitate project planning, and engineering

·         Provide technical briefing support to project related meetings.

·         Prepare project planning documentation and reports.

·         Coordinate and assist with programatic and technical issues pertinent to the respective project. This will include identifying, researching, documenting, coordinating and proposing solutions to various issues in both theoretical and implementation perspectives.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

·         Bachelors or equivalent education and experience.

 

Experience:

·         Qualified Candidates shall possess a minimum of 6 yrs of related Project Analyst Experience in a DoD Tactical Electronics Systems Engineering, Development, Test & Evaluation, or Life-Cycle Support program. (Experience involving a DoD EW Systems Engineering, Development, Test & Evaluation, or Life-Cycle Support program is highly desired)

·         Knowledge and familiarity with current JEPAC Programs and Projects is highly desired.

 

Specific Experience Requirements:

·         One year of the above experience shall have been obtained within the past three years

 

Security Clearance:

·         Qualified Candidates must be United States citizens, and possess a current Top Secret Security Clearance

·         Candidates must also be eligible for access to SCI.

·         Candidates with current Top Secret and TS/SCI are highly desired.
